Why has my file been in the review queue for such a long time?
All submitted files are thoroughly reviewed based on our technical and aesthetic standards. Your file should be reviewed within three days of submission. However, if it's taking a little longer than that, don't despair! The queue may have grown unexpectedly, or it's possible that your file requires a second opinion before a decision can be made.
I’ve been waiting for more than three days and I still haven’t heard anything, what’s happening?
It's possible that your file has been put on hold for a second opinion. This can happen when your file contains:
- Copyright problems. If you have submitted an item that is too similar to another item or may have been sourced elsewhere then an investigation will be performed.
- Unusual subject matter, style or elements. Sometimes a reviewer may wish to get a second opinion on a file or a certain element to help them in making the right decision.
It's been a while, when should I contact support?
If we've taken longer than seven days to review your file, we encourage you to contact support so that they may investigate for you. Questions regarding files that have queued for less than seven days will not be answered as it is likely your file is still simply being investigated by the review team and there is nothing that support can do to speed this up. We'll do our best to keep you informed of the status of your item whenever possible!
Note! Please be informed that we keep a release schedule of new items on our online marketplace. Depending on how crowded this schedule is, your submitted item can take longer than 7 days to be approved and published on the site. In this case, if you want to find out what is happening with your item, please contact Support.
