We are open to resolving any issues you face with the 3D printing of an item purchased from our marketplace. That’s why, before requesting a refund claiming that the 3D model is not printable, please read the item’s Printing Details. There, you will find printing recommendations that our in-house 3D printing experts put together after having tested the 3D model.
According to our Membership Terms and Conditions, paragraph “14. Buying Products”:
There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit for reasons including (but not limited to) if you:
- have changed your mind about a Product;
- bought a Product by mistake;
- do not have sufficient expertise to use the Product;
- ask for goodwill; or
- can no longer access a Product because it has been removed by its Seller from the Site.
Therefore, if the problem with the 3D printing of the STL files is ours, we will refund the money you paid for the model. If, however, you can’t 3D print the STL files due to lack of experience or incorrect settings of your 3D printer and slicing program, a refund will not be deemed due.
