Why can’t I see the STL files in my Purchases section?

Very often, those who purchase items using PayPal eChecks will not immediately see the 3D Model in their Purchases section. This is because it usually takes from 2 to 5 days for the eCheck and the payment to be processed. As soon as we receive the confirmation that the payment has been successfully processed, you will have access to download the STL files.
