We are a webshop who sells 3D printed models in resin, can we use your STL files to sell the models printed from them?

First of all, we want to note that STL files of most 3D printing models on Gambody can be purchased only under the terms of Regular Permission, which explicitly permits only the personal use of the purchased files. In accordance with these terms, one cannot create multiple copies of these STL files or use them to create multiple 3D printed models and distribute them for commercial purposes. But Gambody can consider a partnership with your company the same way we have a partnership deal with www.treatstock.com. In order for us to do it, we will need to ask you to give us your website through which you provide your services and an API (something similar to this: https://developers.shapeways.com/). The cooperation scheme can function as follows: when people who buy files on our marketplace don’t have a 3D printer but want to have a model printed will be able to use your service being redirected to your website with the purchased STL files by API. Another option - you will be able to add to your catalogue the photos of our models and when clicking on them your customers will be redirected to our marketplace. There, after purchasing STL files of their chosen model, thanks to API they will be immediately redirected back to your website where they can use your service and have their model printed in resin. Any other cooperation at the present time is impossible if the STL files that are displayed on our marketplace won’t be purchased by each customer personally.
