I am a 3D printing service provider. Am I allowed to purchase STL files of the models multiple times and use them to print models my clients want to have?

There is no option to place multiple orders for one and the same 3D printing model on our marketplace. Besides, if you purchase 3D printing models as a provider for your customers and not for personal use you violate the Regular Permission of Gambody marketplace’s rule of ‘personal use only’. By purchasing access to the STL files of a certain model in order to use them for profit purposes (in your case creating multiple 3D printed copies from the same STL files) you are engaging in commercial activity which is strictly prohibited in relation to the digital content uploaded to our marketplace by our contributing 3D artists. Each client can pay for the access to the STL files of a certain 3D printing model only once and print these STL files either on a personal home 3D printer or on a printer of a 3D printing service provider.

That is why the only solution for you as a 3D printing service provider is that the customers who approach you for 3D printing services you provide buy 3D printing models on our marketplace themselves and give you STL files of the model they want you to print. If you happen to have a customer who wants to have a printed model the STL files of which you already have then you, as a 3D printing service provider have to make sure that this customer has the purchased files or ask for his email address to contact us for the confirmation that this certain user indeed placed an order and didn’t obtain files in any illegal way.
