Am I allowed to submit models created by a 3D scanning program?

The thing is, all the models that are allowed to be published by 3D artists on our marketplace must be unique digital designs created from scratch. Sure, authors draw inspiration from different well-known and recognisable elements of the modern media culture but their 3D printing models are never the exact copies or scans of any character, object etc.

We want to make it clear that any 3D scanning programs are not encouraged to be used when creating 3D printing models to be displayed on Gambody marketplace. That means that any suggestions to use scanned parts of any sculptures won’t be considered either for publishing on our marketplace or offered to any of our contributing 3D artists for their models’ improvement.
