We strive to have the greatest quality items available on our Marketplace. Our staff will review the quality of an item during the approval process. Quality standards are at the discretion of our staff, but here are some general guidelines to consider. The item must:
- Be useful to buyers
- Not include any potentially offensive content (eg. violent, sexual or otherwise offensive content)
- Not be compressed to the point where aesthetic quality suffers
- Not include your logo, URL, or watermark (you may include information about your services in an attached help text file)
- Be well constructed
- Be as compatible as possible
- Erroneous files
Our Support team will send you an email detailing everything that your item doesn't comply with. If the problem is only in the erroneous files, you will be asked to remove all the errors and reupload the STL files on the item's page.
Our staff offers error-correction support for the first item that you upload on the marketplace. For your other items, you will only be informed of the erroneous STL file and will be asked to correct it.
If you believe your item has been rejected in error, please submit a Support Ticket with all relevant details.
