What do I do if I've forgotten my username or password?

If you've forgotten your username or password, you can retrieve these details via the following steps. 

1. On the Gambody website, select Sign in on the top right of the header.
2. Choose the appropriate option from the 'Forgot Username / Password' links. 
3. If you have forgotten your username, enter the email address registered to your Gambody account. If you need to have your password reset, enter your Gambody account username at the password reset prompt.

An email will be sent to the address associated with your account details. This email will contain either your username or a link to reset your password.
