All 3D models that we allow to be uploaded to Gambody service are modeled individually and according to the 3D designer’s view. There are no terms/words/names in the models’ title and description that would infringe copyright, and all pictures are unique and rendered directly by the author of the model.
All our 3D models are not an exact copy of the objects that belong to any brands. And the modeling of a 3D model inspired by/in the style of one or another object cannot be copyright or patent protected. Also, please be advised that no trademarks or any words are used on our 3D models’ pages, which could have infringed the DMCA in relation to any Company.
So, self-modeled from scratch, unique models which have probably been created in the style of one or another object that the author got his inspiration from cannot be copyright or patent protected.

If the customer wants to provide 3D printing services to other customers, he must sing up with our partner Treatstock and accept orders for 3D printing.
